Order Processing

All orders are freshly baked and prepared to order. Please allow 1–2 working days for processing before dispatch. Orders placed after cut-off times or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Dispatch Days

We currently dispatch orders on Mondays, Friday and Saturday to ensure products arrive in optimal condition.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via a tracked delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and your location.

Freshness & Packaging

All items are baked on the day of dispatch and carefully packaged to maintain freshness during transit.
Our products typically have a shelf life of up to 5 days at room temperature. For best results:

  • Store in an airtight container
  • Refrigerate or freeze upon arrival if not consuming immediately

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by the courier
  • Missed deliveries due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability

If you miss your delivery, please arrange redelivery or collection directly with the courier using your tracking details.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damages or Issues

If your order arrives damaged or you experience any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can assess and resolve the situation promptly.
